As a Customer Service Representative for our Telco Account, you will be the frontline hero for millions of customers. You will handle inbound calls, providing exceptional support for a wide range of telecommunications services. From technical troubleshooting and billing inquiries to account management and service upgrades, your role is crucial in ensuring our clients have a seamless and satisfying experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information regarding telecommunication products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, account concerns, and billing disputes with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and effective solutions.
- Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services based on customer needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call quality, average handling time, and customer feedback scores.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the appropriate support channels.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum). College degree is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience, preferably in a Telco account.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate customer conversations effectively.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and typing skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
- Candidates with no BPO experience but with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply!
