Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information regarding telecommunication products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, account concerns, and billing disputes with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and effective solutions.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services based on customer needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call quality, average handling time, and customer feedback scores.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the appropriate support channels.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum). College degree is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience, preferably in a Telco account.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate customer conversations effectively.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and typing skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
  • Candidates with no BPO experience but with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply!
