You will work closely with your Team Leader to ensure that every customer interaction is handled with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice and chat with a professional and helpful tone.
  • Troubleshoot telecommunications service issues and provide accurate technical resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions and account updates clearly in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and response time.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to identify process improvements and share best practices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • De-escalate complex situations by employing active listening and effective conflict resolution skills.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Proven record of reliability and punctuality.
