Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to telecommunications services, including internet, mobile, and landline connectivity.
- Provide accurate information regarding customer billing, plan upgrades, and service modifications.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering first-call resolution and excellent service quality.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the internal database according to company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to achieve individual and department-wide performance targets.
- Adhere to security and data privacy policies when handling sensitive customer information.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School graduate (K-12 or old curriculum); College undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic technical proficiency and ability to navigate computer applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to assist others.
- Previous experience in BPO or customer service is a plus but not required (freshers are welcome!).
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
