Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding telecommunications billing, payments, and plan adjustments.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve billing disputes with high professionalism and empathy.
  • Navigate multiple internal systems efficiently to update customer accounts and process transactions.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including Average Handle Time (AHT) and First Call Resolution (FCR).
  • Maintain deep knowledge of current telecom products, services, and billing structures.
  • Escalate complex billing issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to data privacy and security protocols when handling sensitive customer information.
  • Contribute to team meetings and process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • At least Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is highly preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer applications and basic office software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions with patience.
  • Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Davao City.
