Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details to resolve issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical or managerial teams promptly.
- Adhere to all call scripts, quality standards, and KPIs to maintain high service levels.
- Build rapport with customers and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelorβs Degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role is an advantage.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40-50 wpm).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Customer-centric attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
