Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, emails, or chats professionally and empathetically.
  • Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information for assigned Telco, Finance, or Ticketing accounts.
  • Process service requests, transactions, payments, and account updates accurately using CRM systems.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company database.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors.
  • Consistently achieve performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products, services, and policies through continuous learning.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School (SHS) or Senior High School graduate. College graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Makati City.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong active listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and ability to multitask.
  • No prior BPO experience is required — fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome!
  • Open to specializing in Telco, Finance, or Ticketing accounts.
