Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate effectively with team leaders and support staff to address complex customer issues and improve service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards during every call.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Filipino national and currently residing in Metro Manila.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
