Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat for a major telecommunications account.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues regarding connectivity and service plans.
  • Educate customers on new product features, service updates, and promotional offers.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complex service issues and ensure swift resolution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of telecommunications products and services to provide accurate information.

Kualifikasi

  • Educational attainment: At least a Senior High School Graduate or completed at least 2 years in College.
  • Prior experience in a BPO, customer service, or technical support role is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experience.
