Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails related to ticketing inquiries
- Assist customers with booking, cancellations, modifications, and payment issues
- Resolve complaints and provide accurate information regarding policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet performance targets for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry changes
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in ticketing or travel industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, but preferably dayshift
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Available to work onsite in Ortigas
