Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails related to ticketing inquiries
  • Assist customers with booking, cancellations, modifications, and payment issues
  • Resolve complaints and provide accurate information regarding policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet performance targets for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry changes

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in ticketing or travel industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, but preferably dayshift
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
  • Available to work onsite in Ortigas
