Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide real-time navigation assistance and traffic updates to users via chat, email, or voice channels.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to map data, GPS connectivity, and application functionality.
  • Analyze traffic flow patterns to provide accurate information and alternative routing suggestions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic, accurate, and timely resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback systematically for internal process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex navigation or data inaccuracies.
  • Adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) regarding response times and call quality.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Geographical knowledge and a keen sense of direction are highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and navigation platforms quickly.
