  • Monitor and analyze real-time traffic data to provide accurate navigation assistance to users.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone regarding routing errors and map discrepancies.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on geographic data to maintain platform reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex navigation technical issues.
  • Maintain high standards of service excellence while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Update internal documentation and knowledge bases based on recurring user feedback.
  • Execute proactive troubleshooting steps to minimize potential traffic congestion concerns for end-users.

Kualifikasi

  • Educational attainment of at least 2 years in college or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service, BPO, or technical support environment.
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using GPS-based applications, digital mapping tools, or navigation software.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
