- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and account details
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process travel reservations, modifications, and cancellations using booking systems
- Update customer records and maintain accurate transaction logs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- 6 months-1 year customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and multitasking
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
