Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist travelers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding processes efficiently.
  • Provide accurate flight information and resolve passenger inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while interacting with diverse passengers.
  • Collaborate closely with airport operations and other departments to ensure safety and efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
