In this role, you won't just be answering calls; you will be the primary architect of seamless travel experiences for customers worldwide.

As a key member of our travel division, you will report directly to a Team Leader who is committed to your professional growth. You will leverage your technical expertise in GDS platforms to manage complex bookings, resolve itinerary conflicts, and provide world-class service that keeps travelers coming back. Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately book and manage international and domestic flight reservations, hotel accommodations, and car rentals using GDS platforms.
  • Provide expert-level customer support regarding itinerary changes, cancellations, and complex travel inquiries.
  • Execute ticket re-issuances and process refunds in strict accordance with airline and industry policies.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders to achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs, focusing on Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential travel disruptions to ensure a smooth journey for every customer.
  • Document all interactions and transactions accurately within the CRM and internal tracking systems.

Kualifikasi

  • Mandatory proficiency and hands-on experience with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Travel-specific BPO account or a travel agency environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a focus on professional empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Completed at least 2 years of College or a Senior High School graduate.
  • Amenable to working on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays in Cainta, Rizal.
