Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, reservations, and itineraries
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments, refunds, and account modifications accurately
- Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex travel-related problems
- Meet performance metrics for call handling time and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with computers and customer service software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
