As a CSR Travel GDS, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking travel assistance. You will handle reservations, modifications, and inquiries across leading Global Distribution Systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth and accurate travel bookings, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Monthly salary ranging from ₱37,000 to ₱55,000
- ₱55,000 signing bonus

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle travel reservations and bookings using GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo
- Assist customers with flight inquiries, changes, cancellations, and refunds in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information on travel policies, fares, and schedules to clients
- Process ticket issuance, reissuance, and exchanges efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to meet client needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in Travel GDS operations or a related role
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and manage time independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Willingness to start immediately or by May 2026
- Customer service orientation with a passion for travel
