- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding Travel or Healthcare services to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily performance targets.
- Adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and quality guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product and service knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no BPO experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using web browsers and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Must be able to work on-site at the Clark Freeport Zone.
- High school diploma or Senior High School graduate.
