Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to travel bookings, itineraries, and travel services
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process travel reservations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and share best practices
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and company offerings
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or travel industry is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with customer concerns
- Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and various software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
