  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Process travel reservations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and share best practices
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and company offerings
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or travel industry is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with customer concerns
  • Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and various software applications
