Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, or chat to resolve inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and report to your Team Leader to meet or exceed performance KPIs.
- Identify customer pain points and provide accurate, timely solutions to improve satisfaction.
- Follow established communication procedures and internal policies to maintain service excellence.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and system tools.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing best practices and supporting peers.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to assist others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required by the business.
