Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, or chat to resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and report to your Team Leader to meet or exceed performance KPIs.
  • Identify customer pain points and provide accurate, timely solutions to improve satisfaction.
  • Follow established communication procedures and internal policies to maintain service excellence.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and system tools.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing best practices and supporting peers.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to assist others.
