Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-contact resolution focus
- Resolve customer concerns using product knowledge and troubleshooting techniques
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data quality
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and local dialects
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in navigating multiple software systems simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency
