Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Provide feedback to management to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with multitasking
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
