- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
