Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels for US clients in Mortgage, Telecommunications, and Healthcare sectors
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, first contact resolution, and customer satisfaction scores
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team enhancement
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in call center environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
