Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding retirement account inquiries, benefits, and status updates.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and account details within the CRM system.
- Provide detailed, clear information about retirement plans, investment options, and company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell relevant financial products to enhance the client portfolio.
- Adhere strictly to all compliance, security, and regulatory guidelines related to retirement services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent professional experience in customer support.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal) with a neutral accent preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, and the capacity to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high accuracy levels.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or call center platforms.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry or handling retirement accounts is highly desirable.
