Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone regarding account billing, technical streaming issues, and subscription management.
- Provide accurate and efficient troubleshooting for device connectivity and playback errors.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) by delivering empathetic and solution-oriented support.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously to provide comprehensive assistance.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and data privacy protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Basic technical proficiency in streaming devices (Smart TVs, mobile apps, browsers).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting service priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a strong advantage but not required.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
