- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing accurate, timely solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through empathetic communication and active listening.
- Update and maintain customer account records in the CRM database accurately.
- Adhere to company policies, service level agreements, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates or individuals with no prior BPO experience; we value potential over tenure.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
