Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate and efficient information regarding company products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and providing creative solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and helpful interactions.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and concisely.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call handling and resolution time.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in using computer applications and navigating multiple software tools simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Cagayan de Oro or currently reside in the area.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
