Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via voice channels with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our internal CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and report to the Team Leader to achieve collective KPIs.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing best practices and feedback.
  • Adhere to attendance and quality standards as set by the project requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is an advantage but not required.
