Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound voice calls from customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database after every interaction.
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and participate in daily huddles.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or Senior High School graduate.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Previous BPO experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays).
