Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with empathy and accuracy.
- Provide product and service information to customers to ensure understanding.
- Update customer records in the CRM system after every interaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department when necessary.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on common customer trends.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Typing speed of at least 30-40 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
