Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for telecommunications accounts with professionalism and empathy

  • Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and knowledge sharing

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
  • 6 months–1 year customer service experience, preferably in BPO/call center environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when handling customer concerns
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications
  • Willingness to relocate to Ormoc City, Leyte with provided assistance
