Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for telecommunications accounts with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and technical support
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and knowledge sharing
- Adhere to company policies, data privacy regulations, and security protocols
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and service standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 6 months–1 year customer service experience, preferably in BPO/call center environment
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when handling customer concerns
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications
- Willingness to relocate to Ormoc City, Leyte with provided assistance
