Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues through systematic troubleshooting and solution implementation
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems for continuity of service
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction targets
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with resilience in handling challenging customer situations
