Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Process sales orders accurately and manage documentation to ensure seamless operational flow.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all records are current and compliant with company policy.
  • Prepare sales reports and administrative documentation to support the sales team’s daily objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to track order status and address delivery or service-related issues promptly.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, invoices, and necessary shipping or trade documentation.
  • Resolve customer complaints with a professional, solution-oriented approach.

Kualifikasi

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory to effectively communicate with our target clientele.
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, or office operations.
  • Strong computer literacy, specifically with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, meticulous with numbers, and capable of managing time-sensitive tasks.
