Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate the full sales cycle, from initial order placement to final delivery, ensuring all data is entered accurately into the system.
- Liaise effectively with internal technical and support teams to troubleshoot client needs and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare and process invoices, quotations, and contracts in a timely and error-free manner.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with up-to-date client information and interaction logs.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking order statuses, and analyzing trends to support management decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and enhance customer engagement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (Written and Spoken) is essential for this role.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in customer service, sales coordination, or administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with IT products or services is a distinct advantage.
