Tanggung Jawab

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex account issues.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and process changes to ensure consistent support delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
