Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on quality and speed.
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints to propose strategic solutions and suggest process improvements.
- Build rapport with customers by actively listening and demonstrating empathy during every interaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately and efficiently in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate and helpful information.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center setting is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language (verbal and written) is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
