Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues with timely follow-ups
- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately
- Collaborate with logistics team to coordinate service delivery
- Process customer orders and provide product/service information
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Train new team members on service protocols and product knowledge
- Participate in regular team meetings for performance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or call center environment
- High school diploma or vocational certificate (D3/S1 preferred)
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia with strong verbal/written communication
- Basic computer literacy and CRM software experience
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy
- Knowledge of cold storage/logistics industry is advantageous
