Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound inquiries from corporate and commercial banking clients with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve complex account issues, transaction disputes, and product inquiries
- Provide accurate information on business banking products, services, and policies
- Document all client interactions and transactions in banking CRM systems
- Collaborate with relationship managers to support high-value client accounts
- Adhere to banking regulations, compliance standards, and security protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional banking services
- Maintain detailed knowledge of current market trends and banking products
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of banking products and financial terminology
