Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound inquiries from business banking clients via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Provide comprehensive support regarding account services, transaction queries, and banking products.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy while updating customer profiles and recording interaction details in the CRM system.
- Identify and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to senior management when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, banking regulations, and product changes to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to team KPIs by meeting service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and resolution quality.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through feedback and process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a banking, fintech, or corporate environment.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite and internal CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional composure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing excellent client service.
