In this role, you will be the face of our clinic, ensuring that every patient receives a warm, professional, and seamless experience from the moment they book their appointment until they complete their treatment. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms with high professionalism.
- Coordinate clinic appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling with precision.
- Provide detailed information regarding dermatology treatments, services, and aftercare instructions.
- Ensure the clinic reception area is clean, welcoming, and organized at all times.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and follow through to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage patient registration, check-ins, and secure payment processing.
- Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in any field (Hospitality, Public Relations, or Nursing/Health backgrounds are preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Front Office, or Guest Relations.
- Experience in a dermatology clinic, aesthetic center, or premium hospitality service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in basic computer software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems).
