In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our users receive top-tier support while navigating our innovative financial platforms.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of service, resolving inquiries with speed and accuracy, and contributing to the overall trust and satisfaction of our financial community. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company fintech products, loan status, and platform features.
  • Resolve customer complaints or technical issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions within the CRM system to ensure follow-ups are completed.
  • Work closely with the operations and finance teams to streamline customer verification processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service protocols by identifying common user pain points.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Communication, or related field is a plus).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Client Relations, preferably in the Fintech or Banking industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with composure.
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule if required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
