As a CS Deal Specialist, you will manage incoming leads, provide detailed information about our villa offerings, and guide customers through the booking process. We are looking for an individual who is not only a great communicator but also a persuasive closer who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding villa availability, pricing, and amenities via chat, email, and phone.
- Convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings by providing excellent product knowledge and persuasive service.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the pre-booking and confirmation process.
- Accurately input booking data and guest information into the company reservation system.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure villa readiness for incoming guests.
- Resolve customer concerns or booking modifications in a professional and timely manner.
- Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets for villa deals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is highly preferred.
- Highly persuasive and capable of turning inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Computer literate with experience using CRM tools or booking management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and professional tone.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule as required by the business.
