Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding platform usage and technical issues
- Process and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
- Resolve platform-related complaints through systematic troubleshooting
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex platform issues
- Document customer interactions and resolution processes
- Monitor platform performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Train customers on platform features and best practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ years in customer service or data entry role
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian and English communication
- Basic understanding of data management principles
- Experience with CRM or customer service platforms
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure during peak delivery seasons
