Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and support requests via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Provide accurate information about Pospay products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Process transactions and assist with account-related matters
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously update knowledge about Pospay services and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools
- Basic knowledge of digital payment services is a plus
- Ability to speak English is an advantage
