Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat, email, and voice channels.
- Provide accurate and professional information regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues efficiently to ensure first-contact resolution.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Maintain consistent quality and productivity scores as defined by account performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
- Adhere to security protocols and data privacy policies during all customer interactions.
- Adapt quickly to changing account guidelines and updated product information.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of Senior High School graduate; college level or degree holders are a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong typing skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a BPO, customer service, or chat support role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- A positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
