Join Kintetsu World Express as a Customer Service Specialist focused on Sea Export operations and become an integral part of our global logistics network. In this contract position, you will serve as the primary liaison between international clients, freight forwarders, and consignees, ensuring seamless coordination of sea export activities. Your role will involve proactive communication, requirement gathering, and documentation management to facilitate smooth cross-border shipments. You'll handle inquiries, resolve operational challenges, and maintain accurate shipment records while upholding our commitment to excellence in customer service. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in international maritime logistics within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sea export documentation and compliance processes
- Coordinate with overseas agents, forwarders, and consignees for shipment requirements
- Proactively communicate shipment status and timelines to all stakeholders
- Collect and verify commercial documents (B/L, invoices, certificates) for customs clearance
- Monitor shipment milestones and resolve transit delays or discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales) for service optimization
- Maintain digital records of all communications and transactions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in sea export logistics or customer service role
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and maritime shipping procedures
- Experience with logistics software (e.g., TMS, customs portals)
- Detail-oriented with documentation and data accuracy skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Cross-cultural communication and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration preferred
