Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipping schedules, documentation, and cargo status.
- Process shipping orders, bookings, and invoices accurately within the company's CRM system.
- Liaise with internal operations, documentation, and warehousing teams to ensure seamless shipment processing.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer complaints, discrepancies, and service failures to ensure high satisfaction.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve transit or documentation issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for reporting purposes.
- Assist the sales team by identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities during client interactions.
- Provide accurate reports on customer service metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within the shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written); proficiency in local languages is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Sea Waybills, etc.) is highly desirable.
