Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for e-commerce? Rainbow Handicraft is looking for a dynamic and organized Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Alor Setar. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that our customers on Shopee and TikTok receive top-tier support and timely responses.
You will work primarily within the Sitegiant App to manage order processing and customer inquiries. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a positive attitude, and is committed to operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries on Shopee and TikTok platforms via the Sitegiant interface.
- Process orders accurately and update status in the system to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism, aiming for quick and satisfactory resolutions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability.
- Maintain high ratings and positive feedback on e-commerce platforms by ensuring excellent service standards.
- Prepare and organize shipping labels and coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups.
- Assist in general administrative office support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Prior experience in e-commerce customer service or order management is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok) and management tools like Sitegiant.
- Strong command of written and spoken Malay and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient, problem-solving mindset.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile and desktop applications.
