Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our system
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Collaborate with sales team to support customer retention and satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or order processing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of wine products and industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
