Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools
- Ability to work under pressure with multitasking capability
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy
- Basic English proficiency is advantageous
